Establishing Your Creative Net Worth is for creatives who want to see what they already carry—beyond credentials, publications, or external validation. This is a key component in building your thriving creative ecosystem.

A lot of this comes from me reflecting on my own life, the way I grew up, the tough experiences, and how I’ve learned to transform them into powerful projects. It’s got me thinking: the conditions for creatives today are so different, and we need to start thinking differently. We can’t keep throwing away valuable stuff.

As creatives, and writers especially, we discard a lot: thrown-away pages, ideas, notes, emails (like … yes we can use emails y’all)… things we thought had already served their purpose. But what if we started rooting through our own recycling bins? What if we could repurpose the “trash” into something that actually fuels our creative net worth?

We take workshops, attend events, support fellow writers, send countless emails… and all of it, filtered through our message and values, could be put to work. Without that filter, it’s just noise.

This summer in a very specific space within the wider Forever Writers Club, we’ll dive into how to alchemize what we normally throw out, and it all starts by valuing it first.
